All of life comes to me with EASE, JOY and GLORY- WTF?
Updated: Jul 12, 2022
All of life comes to me with ease, joy and glory. What does that even mean? Sounds like an affirmation but it's not.
Affirmations can be great (do what works for you), however do you find yourself saying them in a twisted, needy way hoping if you keep reciting them something will change and it never quite does?
This on the other hand is more of a mantra, it does not mean everything is great all the time it simply means that you can handle ALL of life with ease, joy and glory.
Sense that for a moment.
When something we may label as 'terrible' happens in our life instead of going into the trauma and drama of it, if we are congruent with this statement miracles can show up for us.
On the other side when those fantabulous sensational experiences happen in our life we can be more present to them and the ease, joy and glory becomes expansive.
How does it get better than that?
Here is a challenge for you if you like.
Write this on a note somewhere you can see it to be reminded in the morning and before bedtime. Say it out loud, or in your head or as I like to do sometime sing it.
"ALL OF LIFE COMES TO ME WITH EASE JOY AND GLORY"
I'd love to know what shows up for you and what else is possible?
